Robert W. Manning, graduated from St. John’s University in 1980 (Cum Laude) and from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983. After graduation he was employed by the Wausau Insurance Companies representing its assureds before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. In 1985 he joined the firm of Weeks, Corn, Stewart, et al and remained associated with that firm and its successor until 1991 he became a partner. He has argued before the Appellate Division, Third Department and before the New York State Court of Appeals in matters dealing with the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Manning retired from the full-time practice of law in 2024, but remains of counsel to the firm.
