Barry Friedlich graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook in 1981 and from California Western School of Law in 1984. He has represented carriers and self-insured employers since 1990 before the Workers’ Compensation Board. Mr. Friedlich has also represented injured workers while employed at a large claimant’s firm. His many years of experience, coupled with the fact that he has represented both claimants and carriers, provides him with a thorough understanding of a claim from both sides, enabling him to approach both the defense and settlement of claims with a unique perspective. He has been a member of the New York State Bar Association since 1985. Mr. Friedlich joined our firm in February 2025.
