Diane P. Whitfield graduated from the University of San Diego in 2000 and from St. John’s University School of Law in 2003. During her time as a law student, Ms. Whitfield served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honor Society. Since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2004, Ms. Whitfield has practiced in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Defense Litigation including ten years representing professionals in malpractice litigation at a prominent Long Island defense firm. She has argued before the Appellate Division, Second and Third Departments and has represented clients in both the State and Federal Courts, as well as before the Workers’ Compensation Board. She first joined our firm in 2005 and was pleased to have the opportunity to return in 2019.
